What this site is
ALF Data is an independent legal-advertising service that connects people harmed at an assisted living facility with a participating law firm. As an advertising service — not a lawyer referral service or law firm — ALF Data does not provide legal advice and does not evaluate, recommend, or endorse any attorney. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this site.
The data
ALF Data is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the State of Florida, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), or any government agency. All facility data is derived from public Florida AHCA records.
Facility records are reproduced from the public state record and may not reflect the most recent surveys or changes. No score, ranking, or characterization is applied. If a count is inaccurate against the current state record, write to records@assistedlivingrecord.com.
Contact requests
When you submit a contact request, you ask that a participating attorney contact you about a facility record. Submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee that any attorney will take or evaluate a matter.
